Yoga & Meditation for BIPOC Queer & Trans People

What We Offer

A welcoming space for healing, rest, and connection. We offer inclusive yoga and meditation designed specifically for queer and trans people of color. Move, breathe, and ground yourself in a community that honors your full identity. Classes are created to support stress relief, emotional balance, and embodied healing. Our classes are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming for Queer and Trans gender expressions.

    Why This Space Matters

Many wellness spaces don’t reflect the realities of BIPOC queer and trans lives.
We created a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or shrink any part of who you are.
Here, you can show up whole, held by community and guided with care.

Traditionally, the Nude Yoga space has been designed by white men, and often does not include diversity in its teachers or participants. It is important to build a space that embodies inclusivity, Blackness, and Queerness.

You will find that there are classes that are BIPOC only, & specifically Black-only. This is intentional; we want to offer a space for our black trans/queer community to experience a practice with other Black people. The experiences of Black, Brown, and Indigenous people of color differ in their own ways, and as we build out this program, we hope to expand our offerings.
