Southern Soul Wellness offers sliding scale one-on-one and group somatic coaching sessions via video. The practice incorporates elements of psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and with a strong emphasis on somatics and Black diasporic and Indigenous medicine ways.
The House Of Olokun Workbook
This offering of love is a collaboration between Goddess, Director of the House of Olokun, and Jay, cohort participant and Co-Director. The HoO program ran from 2022 - 2024 and offered a space for Black TGNC+ folks to deepen their spirituality and Movement work in community.
In this workbook, we aim to encapsulate the stories, wisdom, Ancestral roots, values, and practices from the House of Olokun. Join us in exploring our practices in spiritual hygiene, self-care, and community care.
